SBMG Asset Condition Assessment CONDITION ASSESSMENT OF ASSETS, MAINTENANCE BUDGETS AND SINKING FUNDS -

Full Onsite Asset Review - Roof to ground, ceiling to floor, every room / space, external and grounds. One site / facility or multiple locations - asset assessment and reviews are completed to the client requirements, from Australian Standards, company standards or Building Code of Australia (BCA).

Reporting of Outcome: Findings costed line by line to the required standard through the use of proprietary software developed in-house. Data gathered is then presented to you in client requested format.

Additional Use of Data Analysis- Maintenance budgets / programs, inclusive of trade, item and time management.

Sinking Fund Estimates for compliance with Strata legislation are compiled from condition assessment of site and presented in 10 - 15 year plans with levies calculated accordingly
